Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

Royal Mail First Class – £4.99 (1–2 business days)
Royal Mail Second Class – £3.99 (2–4 business days)
Free Collection – Pick up in person at 21 Ballinlea Road, Ballycastle BT54 6NL. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimated by Royal Mail and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and peak periods. Please note that delays may occur beyond our control.

Order Collection

If you choose free collection, we will notify you via email when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
