Refund Policy
At Devil’s Churn, we take great care in producing and packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
As our products are perishable food items, they are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which means they do not qualify for the 14-day cancellation period. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please follow these steps:

Take clear photos of:

The damaged item(s)

The packaging, including any external damage

The shipping label on the parcel

Contact us at hello@devilschurn.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

Your order number

A description of the issue

The photos of the damage

Once we have reviewed your request, we will arrange for the item to be returned, a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:

Orders where incorrect address details were provided

Items that have been opened or consumed (unless there is a clear fault)

Orders not collected when choosing the Free Collection option
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
