New Collaboration: Devil’s Churn Ripple Ice Cream Now Available at Morelli’s!

We’re thrilled to work on a collaboration with Morelli’s Ice Cream and North Coast Smokehouse, bringing a bold new flavour to ice cream lovers this summer – Devil’s Churn Ripple.



This limited-edition flavour is now available at selected Morelli’s Ice Cream outlets while stock lasts. It features Morelli’s multi-award-winning Double Cream Vanilla rippled with our Devil’s Churn Campfire Salted Caramel Sauce, creating the perfect balance of sweet and smoky indulgence.


This award-winning ice cream features our Devil’s Churn Campfire Sauce, which is handcrafted in small batches using the finest local ingredients. Made with fresh Northern Irish cream and butter, this rich, dairy-based caramel sauce is enhanced by the distinctive beechwood-smoked sea salt from North Coast Smokehouse, an award-winning Économusée in Ballycastle.


It’s an honour to see our artisan caramel sauce paired with Morelli’s legendary ice cream, a household name in Ireland since 1911. Morelli’s commitment to quality and tradition, combined with our passion for locally sourced ingredients, has resulted in an unforgettable flavour experience.
